HERBED PANEER DIP

Herbed Paneer Dip

  • 1 cup Grated Paneer(cottage cheese)
  • 1/4 cup Whisked Curd
  • 1/4 cup Cow's Milk
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley(finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano(dried)
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes(dried)
  • Salt (to taste)
  1. 1. Combine the paneer, curds, parsley and milk and blend in amixer till smooth.

    2. Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the oregano,chilli flakes and salt and mix well.

    3. Refrigerate for at least an hour and serve chilled with Wholewheat lavash or khakra.
