I am Jinal Savla, a qualified Nutritionist (SIOP & IAP certified pediatric nutritionist,certified diabetes educator ,certified nutrigenomics expert), Certified Yoga Instructor, Author, Speaker, Product developer, Chef, Columnist, Pranic healer and Blogger by profession.

My purpose is to guide you on how to use nutrition as the catalyst to become more in tune, connected, and aware of your wellbeing by practicing small daily actions that nourish your body,mind & soul.

By learning the science of nutrition through adopting traditional & vedic food practices and honoring the fundamental pillars of our health (i.e. mental, emotional, spiritual), we design a mindful way of eating and living that’s sustainable, aligned, and joyful.

Why I created Healthy Palate

I started Healthy Palate in 2017 as a creative outlet to share my expertise and passions . I’m also passionate about & enjoy whipping up some healthy recipes in my kitchen which is the driving force behind developing healthy food products that not only taste good but are healthy as well.

I have combined my expertise with my advanced knowledge in nutrition & fitness in developing my own methods to design a simple way of making a long-term change to achieve the health people deserve.
